Bryant's Epic Career Finishes in Epic Fashion

The Kobe Bryant farewell tour was an emotional ride for one of the NBA’s all-time greatest players.

When Bryant announced his retirement before the start of the 2015-16 season, he initiated historic fanfare in each and every Lakers game. Despite sitting at the bottom of the Western Conference standings, Bryant’s final season made the Lakers one of the sporting world’s hottest tickets. Especially on the road, fans from around the country flocked to see the end of a legendary career.

Through 20 seasons, Bryant has accumulated one of the most impressive lists of accolades of this generation and NBA history. Five NBA Finals titles, two NBA Finals MVP awards, 18 All-Star selections, two scoring titles and a league MVP are highlights of this spectacular career.

Bryant’s last game was one of the most memorable of his career. At the ripe age of 37, Bryant scored 60 points in a 101-96 victory over the Utah Jazz. That incredible performance was just one of the many spectacular shows Bryant gave to basketball fans in his 20 years.
